Distinguished Alumni Award

The Distinguished Alumni Award is given to alumni who embody the ideals of intellect, initiative, and social responsibility which are the essence of a Parker education. They have demonstrated remarkable leadership in their field, have attained local and/or national recognition, and have made an outstanding contribution to the country, community or Parker.

Who is Eligible?

Parker Alumni that completed one full academic year at Parker and who are at least 20 years post-graduation are eligible for nomination for a Distinguished Alumni Award.

Nominations are accepted on a rolling basis. The Distinguished Alumni Award can be granted to an alumni at any time.

Outstanding Alumni Award

The Outstanding Alumni Award will be given to alumni who embody the ideals of intellect, initiative, and social responsibility which are the essence of a Parker education. They exemplify the core values of the School through excellence and selfless service in their careers and lives. They show a commitment to their community and/or Parker, and are striving toward local or national recognition.

Who is Eligible?

Parker Alumni that completed one full academic year at Parker and who graduated no less than 15 years prior are eligible for nomination for an Outstanding Alumni Award.

Nominations are accepted on a rolling basis. The Outstanding Alumni Award is granted annually.

Rising Star Alumni Award

The Rising Star Alumni Award is presented to an alumni who embody the ideals of intellect, initiative and social responsibility which are the essence of a Parker education. They have demonstrated leadership and obtained a higher level of accomplishment in their career. They have additionally shown a commitment to their local community and/or Parker and are striving towards recognition at a local or national level.

Who is Eligible?

Parker Alumni that completed one full academic year at Parker and who graduated no less than 5 years, and no more than 14 years prior, are eligible for nomination for an Rising Star Award.

Nominations are accepted on a rolling basis. The Rising Star Alumni Award is granted annually.

Arts Hall of Fame

The Francis Parker Arts Hall of Fame recognizes and honors Parker Alumni and Faculty who have made a significant impact to the arts in their respective fields. Additionally, these individuals were inspired by their time at Parker; they exemplify the value of a Parker education; and made a meaningful contribution to the Parker community while they were students or faculty.

Who is Eligible?

Parker alumni and current, retired, or past faculty members are eligible for nomination. Nominees must uphold the ideals and values of the Parker community. Alumni are eligible to be selected for induction five (5) years after graduation; they must have completed at least one full academic year at Parker. Faculty are eligible to be selected for induction five (5) years after the employment start date. The nominee may be living or deceased. The Arts Hall of Fame honor is awarded every four years.

Athletics Hall of fame

Lancer sports teams have won over 300 championship banners dating back to the 1975 San Diego CIF Baseball Championship. The walls and rafters of the Field House are now covered in gold and brown. Lancer teams in virtually every sport– from cross country to football–have won league titles. The Athletics Hall of Fame exists to recognize and honor Parker student athletes, coaches, teams, and sports contributors for their achievements or contributions to the School's athletic program.

Who is Eligible?

Nominations for the Athletics Hall of Fame are made by the Francis Parker School Athletics Department.
